1. The Service

Caliradi Video ("we", "us"), operated by Caliradi LLC, produces finished marketing videos from product materials (images, catalogs, selling points) that you provide. Each finished video includes editing, on-screen subtitles, AI-generated voiceover and licensed background music, as described on our site.

2. Ordering and credits

Purchases are made through our checkout at the tier prices shown on the site. After payment, your purchase is recorded as video credits and revision credits on your order. Credits never expire. Your Order ID (shown after payment and on your receipt) is required to check your balance and to submit materials.

3. Delivery

Standard delivery is within 24–48 hours per batch after we receive complete materials. Incomplete materials pause the clock; we will tell you what is missing. Delivery times are commitments of effort, not guarantees; delays entitle you to priority handling, not automatic compensation.

You confirm you own or are licensed to use all materials you send us (images, logos, text, footage). You are responsible for the accuracy of product claims in your materials. We may decline content that is unlawful or infringing.

6. License to delivered videos

Upon full payment, you receive a worldwide, perpetual commercial license to use the delivered videos on any platform. Voiceover and music in delivered videos are generated under commercial licenses we hold. We may showcase delivered work as portfolio samples unless you ask us not to in writing.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for how third-party platforms treat your published content.
